Cake Baking 101, Part 1

Date: October 26 2016
Time: 5:30 pm – 6:30pm
Cost: $25 (a discount is given if registered for both Part 1 and 2)
Availability: 8 participants During this class I will demonstrate the basics of baking a layered cake. The importance of using fresh ingredients will also be covered in this session. I will show students not only how to mix and bake a delectable cake but will also demonstrate how to whip up the perfect icing to fill and decorate your cake.

Cake Decorating 101, Part 2

Date: October 27th 2016
Time: 5:30pm – 6:45pm
Cost: $35 (a discount is given if registered for both Part 1 and 2)
Availability: 8 participants In this class you will learn everything from a crumb coat to flowers. How to tint and flavor your buttercream. All work will be done using buttercream, trim, base coat, flowers etc. This class is a hands-on class and a pre-baked cake is required (Part 1 offers cake baking 101).

Cake Pop

Date: November 2nd 2016
Time: 5:30 pm – 6:45pm
Cost: $35
Availability: 6 participants You will have a hoot of a time in this class. We will design 6 different cake pops: basic, rose, free form, gumball machine, ice cream cone and fancy cake ball. This class will help you with the texture and cause for cracking on your cake pop. All supplies are provided, just bring is an apron and a smile.

Chocolate Mousse

Date: November 9th 2016
Time: 5:30-7:30pm
Cost: $45
Availability: 8 participants Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate. Learn the fundamentals of learning how to make a delicate chocolate mousse. We will also make an edible chocolate shell and chocolate designs. This class is made for chocolate lovers. Each participant will make 3 desserts using different methods for the chocolate shell.
